Responsibilities

Design and oversee lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
Leverage both inbound and outbound marketing channels to increase lead volume and quality.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead nurturing efforts and enhance conversion rates.
Analyze and report on lead generation performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging for business development professionals.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs of leads and opportunities from business development professionals.
Engage with the executive team to provide regular updates on business development professionals and lead generation performance.
Lead and mentor a growing team of business development professionals.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required

7-10 years of experience in business development and lead generation.
Proven track record of developing and managing business development programs, ideally within fintech or financial services.
Strong understanding of lead generation best practices, including digital marketing, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Preferred

Experience and deep interest in financial technology software and the financial services industry.
Familiarity with the Institutional Investment, Wealth Management, Allocator, and Administrator space, and the relevant players, technologies and firms within the community.
Positive attitude, high-energy approach, strong work ethic.
Excellent communication, project management, and organization skills.
Desire to work in a fast-growing, client-facing and revenue-generating role, with significant autonomy.
