Responsibilities
Develop and implement change enablement strategies to achieve organizational goals on time and within budget
Lead the design, development, delivery and management of tech communications and training activities
Mature and scale the existing change enablement framework; educate stakeholders on the framework and apply consistently
Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders
Provide change enablement expertise and guidance to leaders, project teams and stakeholders
Constructively challenge the status quo to improve effectiveness of enablement strategies, including communications and training
Act as a bridge between global tech and local teams to identify enablement needs and develop solutions that address them
Lead and manage the technology change enablement team; provide direction, coaching and support
Continuously assess and improve change enablement strategies based on feedback, data and best practices
Provide regular insights to leadership on the effectiveness of enablement efforts
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams

Required
Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills
Influential leadership skills to move the company toward a common vision or goal
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Expertise in coordinating with cross-functional teams
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Forward looking with a holistic approach
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of proven experience leading and implementing change management initiatives, preferably technology initiatives
