Responsibilities

Handle complex application issues with both internal and external clients, collaborating with other IT departments and suppliers as needed.

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues, providing best practice communications and guidance to users until tickets are resolved.

Perform first-line issue research and reporting, including complex troubleshooting activities to resolve user-reported issues.

Provide on-call support for business-critical applications during non-core hours and arrange communication on software issues and resolution updates.

Actively participate in team activities, including daily huddles, team meetings, and training opportunities, while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients.

P&C insurance experienceMS SQL databasesInformation Systems degreeMicrosoft Office proficiencyFlood insurance experience

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a similar technical field, with 2 years of relevant job experience, or 5 years of experience in a technical field.

Experience in P&C insurance.

Proficiency in querying MS SQL databases.

Preferred

Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of systems and procedures.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience in flood insurance.
