Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Provide new employees with information about company policies, benefits, and resources to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure employee onboarding is successful.
Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews, processing final paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist with the collection of company property and documentation required for the termination process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and employee documents, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations for an ABA provider in Pennsylvania.
Prepare documentation related to employee files, training certifications, and other compliance-related materials.
Assist in facilitating training for compliance requirements and staff development.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and improve HR practices.
Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

Required
Experience working in a Human Resources capacity executing a variety of HR functions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
A passion for supporting others and a desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
Preferred
Experience in the staffing industry.
Experience working in the education or healthcare staffing sectors.
HR Certification highly preferred.
