Responsibilities
Serve as a data architect and delivery lead on client projects, driving the successful execution of comprehensive data management strategies.
Develop and lead data architecture strategies and roadmaps to align with client business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Architect and deploy optimized data solutions, including data models, data warehouses, data lakes, data lakehouses, and integration pipelines, to ensure seamless data delivery for business consumption.
Develop and enforce robust data standards, policies, best practices, and procedures to uphold data quality, integrity, and security.
Lead the assessment, selection, and adoption of cutting-edge data management technologies to build scalable and efficient end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
Design and implement high-performance solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Create and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes using industry-standard ETL/ELT tools to support diverse data flows.
Define and execute comprehensive data governance strategies, ensuring security, compliance, and data discoverability across the organization.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.

Required
Over 10 years of expertise in data management, including 5+ years as a Data Architect, delivering innovative solutions and driving transformative initiatives.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale data modernization projects across diverse industries.
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various data architecture patterns, including data warehouse, data mesh, data vault, and data lakehouse, to address modern analytics needs.
Experience in developing detailed data models and ERDs including conceptual, logical and physical data models enabling robust data structuring and optimization.
Skilled in leveraging industry-standard tools such as Erwin, SQL DBM, Lucidchart, and ER/Studio for designing scalable data models.
Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into well-structured and scalable data models that align with organizational goals.
Advanced expertise in SQL and Python, with proven capabilities in data ingestion, querying, extraction, and transformation.
Extensive hands-on experience with leading data platforms, including Snowflake and Databricks, to architect and implement high-performance solutions.
Solid understanding of modern data and integration patterns, including APIs, event-driven architectures, streaming, and ELT/ETL workflows.
Experienced in implementing comprehensive data governance frameworks and deploying data catalog solutions to enhance data quality, security, and discoverability.
Ability to problem-solve in dynamic, evolving environments and provide consultative insights during high-pressure conversations.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and business-oriented audiences effectively.
Competence in prioritizing and managing multiple competing responsibilities while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Demonstrated track record of proactive, value-driven contributions to both internal and client teams.
A deep enthusiasm for data and a strong belief in its transformative potential.
Adaptable, forward-thinking mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Must have one of the certifications in Databricks or Snowflake: Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Data Engineer, Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Data Architect, Databricks Data Engineer Professional, Databricks Data Analyst.
Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
