Responsibilities
You will work with the Administrative Team to respond to Division and Group requests for market/facility information
You will collaborate with the Administrative Team and physicians to enhance existing or develop new opportunities for processes or services
You will provide administrate and operations leadership to assigned departments
You will ensure the application of Customer Service principles in meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers to provide satisfaction
You will manage fiscal operations of assigned departments using the budget as a guideline for revenue and expense analysis
You will manager operations of assigned departments to achieve targets for designated Key Performance Indicators
You will be required to meet leadership obligations under the Ethics and Compliance Program
You will build strong relationships with physicians, employees, and peers
You will utilize HCA tools to help with management of responsibilities (PLUS, CERS, CAMS Projects, Lawson, etc.)
You will perform other duties as assigned

Required
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare administration required
Preferred
2+ years of experience in a hospital leadership role preferred
