Responsibilities

Lead the coordination of interviews by managing schedules, preparing materials for interviewers, and ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams.
Cultivate a positive and professional candidate experience, ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
Manage job postings across all relevant job boards and internal platforms to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
Support the offer process by drafting and extending offers to candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and clarity in all terms.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams to continuously refine and improve recruitment processes, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing insights to enhance hiring strategies and operational workflows.
Support recruitment efforts for specific operational roles, such as pharmacy technicians which may include directly sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and facilitating the hiring process.
Take ownership of content creation and facilitation for new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and informative experience.
Drive continuous improvements in the onboarding process, aligning content with organizational culture and strategic goals to foster early-stage employee engagement.
Oversee the administration of Predictive Index (PI) assessments, ensuring timely and accurate completion for candidates and team members.
Distribute and interpret PI reports, working closely with stakeholders to align talent development strategies with organizational needs.
Develop and facilitate PI workshop decks to deliver impactful team dynamic training sessions.
Manage and lead Clearway Health’s TGIF (Talent, Grow, Inspire Fridays) program, creating opportunities for team engagement, skill development, and organizational growth.
Organize and facilitate regular focus groups with new hires and existing team members to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive engagement initiatives.
Manage and optimize the Lattice performance management system, ensuring smooth performance review cycles and the alignment of performance data with talent development goals.
Create and facilitate performance-related content and training to ensure managers and team members maximize the value of Lattice in driving feedback and development.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Talent Operations, People & Culture/Human Resources, or a similar role with a strong focus on talent acquisition, talent development, and/or employee engagement.
Experience in a high-growth or healthcare-related organization, where agility and adaptability in talent operations are key.
Proven experience managing and optimizing performance management or learning management systems.
Demonstrated ability to support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate pipeline tracking, with a focus on efficiency and candidate experience.
Strong experience in developing, facilitating, and optimizing onboarding and learning & development programs, with the ability to create content, facilitate sessions, and manage cross-functional training initiatives.
Familiarity with tools like Predictive Index (PI) or other talent assessment platforms, with experience administering assessments, interpreting results, and leveraging data to drive talent development strategies.
Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams to streamline people and recruitment operations, improve workflows, and implement process improvements across the talent lifecycle.
Proven ability to manage employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups, training programs, and other activities that foster a positive organizational culture.
Strong project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate efforts across teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in data management, including proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and performance management tools, with the ability to analyze and report on key talent metrics and KPIs.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices to attract and retain top talent.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and candidates, fostering a cooperative and inclusive work culture.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, effective interactions with all stakeholders, and ensuring transparency and understanding.
Proactive mindset to identify challenges, find creative solutions, and implement improvements that drive operational efficiency and enhance experiences.
Meticulous and focused on accuracy, ensuring that all processes, from recruitment to performance management, are executed with precision and high quality.
Strong knowledge of applicable Federal and State Employment Laws.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Preferred

Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that optimize talent management systems and processes to improve organizational performance.
Prior experience supporting or managing pharmacy technician recruitment and/or training for pharmacy related roles.
Experience with Predictive Index is a plus.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
Experience with Lattice is a plus.
