Responsibilities

Assist with answering EDI/Helpdesk calls on regular basis and work on Password/Pin reset/EDI emails as required.

Provides technical assistance to users who are experiencing transmission difficulties.

Assists providers, trading partners, and billing agents with electronic 5010 X12 HIPAA batches and real-time transactions; Provides technical assistance to users who are experiencing transmission difficulties.

Enrolls users for transaction submissions and verifies receipt of electronic transmissions; and assists EDI technical staff with Beta testing for system changes as needed.
