Responsibilities
Work with ambiguous requirements and take action, focusing on delivering value for Pomerium users.
Champion codebase improvements to maintain and improve code quality.
Write robust, maintainable code.
Share your knowledge with the team through code reviews, design documentation, and discussions.
Listen and learn from your teammates with continuous improvement in mind.
Participate in hiring and onboarding great talent. Look for opportunities to improve our processes to support scaling the team.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with your team to overcome blockers and support an async work style.

Required
3+ years working with Go (Golang) or C++
Experience with relational databases
Knowledge of standard methodologies: monitoring, alerting, metrics
Strong written communication and collaboration skills
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
Comfort working as part of a fully remote team
Preferred
Experience successfully delivering on a remote team
Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and other IAM technologies
Experience with Envoy
Experience building gRPC and REST based services
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and other Cloud Native applications
