Responsibilities
Lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment. Work with leadership in design planning and goal creation
Understand customers and their needs by independently conducting customer research, user testing, and establishing feedback loops
Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specs for engineers
Test your designs with customers and iterate based on feedback
Partner closely with the Head of 3D and Mobile Solutions on product design elements
Communicate and manage the process and timelines of multiple client projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the team to ensure proper completion of work as it relates to the goals of the project and task at hand
Interact directly with leadership to present designs and gather peer feedback
Communicate design recommendations to team members (to be shared with clients)
Coordinate and prioritize tasks with the Product Owner and Development Teams
Manage & mentor UX/UI Analysts on product design

Required
A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, Leadership, or another related field
Experience designing for web and app, chatbot, AI, and other digital channels
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch etc
Proven ability to deliver and drive projects forward with limited direction
Manage stakeholder feedback and design roadmap
Passion for product development in the retail space
Excellent & strong proficiency in design and development within PowerPoint
Preferred
3D modeling, animation & rendering
