Responsibilities

Drive the development of a high-performing sales organization by recruiting top talent, fostering continuous learning, and maintaining a culture of accountability and innovation. Leverage advanced analytics and metrics to enhance performance and optimize sales processes.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with customer needs, driving satisfaction and retention. Lead initiatives to incorporate customer feedback into product roadmaps and GTM strategies.
Integrate cutting-edge Generative AI tools to enhance account strategies, streamline reporting, and provide insights for better decision-making.

Required

Deep technical expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies is essential, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, including 6+ years leading high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams in high-growth environments.
Proven ability to execute MEDDPICC or similar strategic sales methodologies to consistently exceed revenue targets and close high-value deals in enterprise settings.
We are seeking a leader who embodies adaptability, fosters a culture of innovation, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Exceptional ability to build trust and strong relationships across diverse teams and customer stakeholders.

Preferred

Demonstrated success in driving enterprise GTM strategies and exceeding sales targets using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Track record of building and inspiring sales teams to achieve exceptional results in a velocity-driven environment.
