Responsibilities
Build the L&D Function: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Yieldmo's business goals
Sales Training: Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team, focusing on adtech-specific knowledge, sales strategies, and more
Company-wide Learning Programs: Create and manage onboarding processes, leadership development, and all training initiatives for employees at all levels
Learning Frameworks: Establish and utilize evidence-based teaching methods and frameworks to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill-building
Onboarding Excellence: Revamp and lead the onboarding process to integrate new hires quickly and effectively into Yieldmo's culture and workflows
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, marketing, sales, and the People team to identify skill gaps and customize training solutions
Metrics and Impact Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies to improve outcomes continually

Required
5+ years of experience in L&D, with a strong background in adtech
Proven ability to develop and deliver sales training programs; experience working directly with sales teams is essential
Proficiency in designing and implementing training frameworks, instructional methodologies, and modern e-learning platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments to drive learning initiatives
Ability to think big-picture while also managing the details of program execution.
Comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
