Responsibilities
Provide expert direction and management in onboarding administration and HR service delivery
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday Tier 1 technology support and troubleshoot issues
Manage compliance for clinical licenses and certifications, including discrepancies and audits
Collaborate with various departments to enhance HR processes and improve service delivery
Conduct root cause analysis for complex cases and implement effective solutions

Required
Associate’s degree and four (4) to five (5) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role
Advanced proficiency of HRIS required, with Workday experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or related field
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and/or Onboarding
Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
Comfort operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
