Responsibilities

Support and manage the YETP rewards tool and report/dashboard testing, ensuring the functionality and data accuracy are as expected and aligned with the requirements.

Support the training and communications as it relates to the YETP rewards program, partnering with the communications and L&D team to align on the training and comms strategy and execution plans.

Review and update manager workshop contents, manager eLearning contents, resources on the Insight pages as well as manager/employees/HRBP resource guides.

Partner up with the communications team to review and finalize manager communications messages.
