Responsibilities
Lead the emerging (Gen AI) technology enablement practice and be responsible for program performance and team development.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support new business development and client retention.
Provide thought leadership by working with The Hackett Group’s research organization and peers through novel research insights, frameworks, tools, and perspectives on current and emerging trends.
Be a trusted advisor, able to coach executives and leaders on the strategies, approaches, organizational designs, and emerging practices that can accelerate successful emerging technology transformation initiatives.
Support the development and maintenance of a network of clients to exchange emerging and best practices in in-person and virtual member events.

Required
Extensive experience, 10+ years, in Generative AI, machine learning (ML), or data science roles with at least 3 years in leadership positions as a practitioner or advisor/consultant
Proven ability to grow a practice/program
Experience shaping and executing comprehensive AI strategies to support how organizations create new performance and competitive advantage
Expertise in emerging technology (Gen AI) market and industry trends
Familiarity with transformation programs and the operation of transformation management offices that shape and influence decision-making
Experience and a good track record in advisory and consulting services with multinational companies
Ability to develop long-term, trusted relationships with clients
Effective at influencing and developing a thought-provoking research agenda and member experiences
Ability to collaborate in a virtual team within a global, diverse organization
Strong internal and external stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel frequently
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields
