Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites.
Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Work with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals.
Audit existing web properties for quality assurance and compliance with best practices

Required
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 2-3 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in web design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Experience with web development utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, accessibility standards/best practices and familiarity with responsive design with a mobile-first approach.
Preferred
Familiarity with PHP a plus.
