Responsibilities

Consultant is expected to be assigned to one of the movements like personalization, adaptive journeys, product recommendations and to work closely with 1-2 product team(s) to deliver expected output.
Solid understanding of eCommerce UX best practices with a strong portfolio of successful user experiences designed to drive conversion.
Understanding web analytics (eg, Google Analytics, Content Square) and A/B testing platforms. Skilled in interpreting data to make UX design recommendations.
Strong visual design skills with experience in Figma. Ability to create high-quality, visually engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Prior experience working within an Agile framework, with a comfort level in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-backed design recommendations.
Ability to proactively identify UX bottlenecks and provide creative solutions to improve the user journey.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas effectively to stakeholders across multiple departments.
Empathetic listener who can incorporate feedback from diverse perspectives, including those of global team members.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Growth-oriented, staying up to date on UX and eCommerce trends to bring fresh insights to the team.
