Responsibilities
You will bring deep Pharma media experience across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer, etc.)
You will bring perspective beyond Pharma to bring best practices for media across audiences and channels (e.g. CPG, retail)
You understand the total marketing process and the strategic role of media
You will provide insights on industry trends and client's business
You will contribute to thought leadership in the form of POV's, articles, interviews, etc. in the trades or at conferences
You will self-educate on PHM, Publicis Groupe, and client operations, capabilities, tools, and processes
Your responsibility will be to build trust, model inclusion, and show respect for all employees
You will resolve issues and identify opportunities
You will exert lateral influence to manage teams
Provide communication on business initiatives and client requests
Ensure teams are properly trained on tools and processes
Drive adherence to PHM processes and best practices
Participate in formal development process, including performance management, goal-setting, mid- and yearly reviews, and coaching
You will nurture mid-level talent on assigned accounts
You will lead the media strategy, approach, and plan on each account
Own strategic questions related to the client's media efforts
Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with client needs
Represent the interests of teams in client and agency partner meetings where those teams are absent
Push for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverables
Provide a point of escalation
Monitor team pacing to ensure profitability
Help set organic growth goals
Drive adherence to organic growth roadmaps and business plans
Refer new clients to PHM
Volunteer for pitch teams, task forces, side hustles, etc.
Encourage team to incorporate new agency initiatives into recommendations
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients
Scope client work with Client Operations partner
Responsible for relationships with clients and agency partners
Convey passion for clients and their businesses
Work with clients to shape their marketing priorities
Model outstanding client service for team
Drive professional, impactful standards within team for all written and verbal contact with clients; 'gold-standard' writer and presenter
Serve as point of escalation for client concerns

Required
12+ years media experience
3+ years HCP experience
6+ years management experience
Experience managing people (mentoring and developing) and projects
Experience earning the respect of clients, internal partners, and peers
4+ years cross-channel media knowledge
