Program Manager/Craft Master
Yulista Holding LLC is an aviation & aerospace firm providing modernization and service life extension of rotary and fixed wing aircraft. The Program Manager/Craft Master will oversee various administrative and operational tasks related to vessel management, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining mission readiness.

Responsibilities
Administrative duties such as work order tracking, supply requisitions, and maintaining electronic email accounts
Manual and electronic navigation using resources available to operate a vessel safely and efficiently
Ensure all applicable safety, operational and environmental requirements are met including but not limited to: USCG, EPA, OSHA, MLPA, NSTM, MARPOL
Monitor assigned crew attendance for accurate timekeeping practices
Hazardous Material oversight and environmental protection in accordance with local, state, and federal law
Oversight of vessel preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and lifesaving equipment maintenance program
Maintaining the assigned Vessels trim and stability characteristics
Perform non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project, selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts, contacts personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work, reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others
Interface with shore support to ensure vessel properly manned and maintained to 100% mission readiness at all times
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five years' experience in managing and supervising personnel, material and day-to-day in port and at-sea scheduled/unscheduled operations
Hold a current United States Coast Guard (USCG) 100 Ton Master license
Experienced in crane operations and at-sea rigging
Experience towing arrays such as side scan sonar(s) and other test equipment and assets
Qualified and maintain currency in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation and First Aid
Safety of life at-sea equipment (SOLAS)
Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) and various firefighting equipment on board each vessel (i.e. fire extinguishers, fire hoses on larger craft)
FM-200 and Heptafluoropropane Extinguishing Agent (HFC-227)
FM-200 fire suppression systems on PSC-05, PSC-08, PSC-12, MK-V
Preferred
