Responsibilities

Recommend products and suppliers to consultants based on their client’s needs and/or wants. Coach on “the complete vacation” and the importance of add-ons such as insurance, pre and post hotels and airline tickets to increase revenue and provide exceptional service to their clients.

Recommend and manage all aspects of group bookings for center groups, EES groups, and consultant affinity groups.

Able to sell cruises, land, and all-inclusive packages to any potential customer.

Provide service to customers as a backup during IC time off and/or Separation.

Onboard new consultants through EC & supplier training.

Coach new ICs along their training path.

Develop & manage select consultants for the Luxury Team to increase sales of luxury cruise lines and land products.

Collaborate with the EC and the OVC Management Team, to achieve agency objectives.

Performs other duties as assigned.
