Responsibilities
Regularly update and manage website content, including blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, videos, and other digital assets.
Conduct routine website audits to ensure that all content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Responsible for website testing, reporting and UX changes.
Work closely with the SEO team to ensure website and video content are optimized for search engines and track performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Use data-driven insights to inform content strategies, identify areas for improvement, and track KPIs to measure the success of content initiatives.
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the buyer journey, creating specific content tailored to each stage (awareness, consideration, decision).
Leverage data insights to map content that guides potential customers through the buyer journey, using various channels to meet target audiences where they are.
Assist in creating and adding to the buyer journeys for each ICP.
The ability to tell a story that is compelling and can create an emotional connection with the ICP.
Support product and software launch plans by developing relevant content across all platforms (website, social media, email) to build awareness and excitement.
Work closely with the product and sales teams to craft clear, compelling content that educates users on product features, updates, and benefits.
Maintain launch timelines and align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Report on results of performance, and proactively make recommendations on improvements.
Write, edit, and optimize engaging email content tailored to various customer segments and stages of the buyer journey.
Collaborate with marketing teams to build and execute email campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
A/B test email subject lines and content, analyze results, and iterate to improve campaign performance.
Report on results of performance, and proactively make recommendations on improvements.
Manage video content production, from storyboarding and scripting to editing and publishing, to support product launches, customer education, and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce videos that align with our brand identity and engage our audience.
Optimize videos for website, social media, and email channels.
Be responsible for organizing photoshoots needed for maintain collateral, website, and more.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, tone, and style across channels.
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines for each piece of content.
Own and protect the brand voice and visual identity for LocknCharge/PC Locs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content management or a similar role.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., HubSpot), email marketing tools, and video production software.
Strong understanding of best practices, the buyer journey, and experience with analytics tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and video production is a plus.
