Responsibilities

Lead transformation and omnichannel initiatives with responsibility for planning, execution and end deliverables.
Establish and oversee omnichannel tracking and project management tools, ensuring they are used and continuing to evolve them.
Participation in omnichannel transformation spanning all markets – inclusive of discovery, delivery and customer adoption. Will have responsibility for specific tasks and deliverables with participation spanning our customer base.
Participate in migration and adoption efforts through the following: Assist in the build out of our go to market value proposition to drive customer alignment and buy in including content and talk track, facilitate and/or track the successful completion of pilots leading to customer activation, utilize Mediaocean change management methodology to advise internal teams and customers on defining best practices for better product adoption, and evaluate performance metrics and facilitate adjustments to gauge adoption.
Liaise with cross-departmental teams to identify and manage necessary development to deliver market and customer ready product. This includes: Work with Customer Engagement and Product Teams to synthesize and prioritize customer feedback and development requests, Coordination with release management, and GTM + collateral.
Execute communication plans (MO internal and customer.)
Maintain a regular cadence of internal and external meetings to consult with customer owners, product owners, supervisors, directors and gatekeepers.
Identify, document and share best practices to improve the overall customer experience and enhance customer understanding of the value of Mediaocean software solutions.
Establish and oversee omnichannel tracking mechanisms. Ties to the status and demo/test/pilot dashboards that have been set up, ensuring they are used and continuing to evolve them.
Participation in omnichannel transformation spanning all markets – inclusive of discovery, delivery and customer adoption. Will have responsibility for specific tasks and deliverables with participation spanning our customer base.
Assist in the build out of our go to market to drive customer alignment and buy in, including creating value proposition and framing out of the story.
Implement project planning, implementation and adoption tools.
