Responsibilities
Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
Support employee engagement projects, including surveys and feedback analysis.
Assist in designing and implementing talent development programs.
Provide administrative support to the organizational development team.

Required
Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and have completed at least two years of study by the internship start date.
Recent graduates (December 2024 or May 2025) are also eligible.
Education: Business, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of employer branding, talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational development processes.
Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church.
Preferred
Experience in employee engagement or HR projects.
Familiarity with talent development frameworks.
Advanced familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Canva.
