Responsibilities
Develop, execute and manage social media strategy and marketing campaigns across social channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices to continuously refine and advance content strategies.
Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly social media recaps highlighting KPI (i.e. follower growth, engagement rate, top/bottom post).
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure integrated marketing approach across design, web, SMS, and email channels.
Curate the brands Instagram cadence, pulling photography and graphics from seasonal campaigns, user-generated content, influencer content, and more.
Coordinate with our design team to integrate graphics on all channels.
Collaborate daily to execute on strategy and design across all channels.
Provide recommendations on how to continuously improve and analyze effectiveness of social media marketing strategies.
Assist with content creation including but not limited to video editing and photo cropping.
Schedule, create tracking links, and manually post social content as needed (including weekends as needed).
Curate UGC library for email and social content.
Read, respond and engage with followers’ comments on social media channels, working closely with customer service team to provide excellent customer experience.

Required
BA or BS required (Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related field a plus)
2+ years of social media marketing experience with corporate brand or agency experience a plus.
Strong level of proficiency with social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager and other social planning and reporting tools.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships
Strong verbal and written skills.
Have a solid understanding of what content drives engagement on each platform. A creative and innovative mindset, always looking for fresh, out-of-the-box ideas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
