Responsibilities
Partner with the Brand Director and creative team to develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with Tosi's brand story and marketing objectives.
Source and curate user-generated content to amplify community involvement.
Contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
Build and maintain strong connections with Tosi’s online community, engaging with followers daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a brand-appropriate and timely manner.
Monitor social conversations to identify trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
Track social media performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, etc.) to evaluate success and inform strategy.
Generate monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize engagement and reach.
As the main contact on our social channels, you’ll help us identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates who align with Tosi’s mission and values.
Assist the Brand Director in managing influencer partnerships, including outreach, creative reviews/feedback, and performance tracking.
Act as the voice of the brand, ensuring all communications reflect Tosi’s tone, values, and mission.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a cutting-edge presence.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, online communities, or similar roles
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and current trends
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
Experience analyzing social media metrics and applying insights to drive results
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and content creation
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Interest in health, wellness, and clean eating
