Responsibilities
Define and implement quality assurance processes for engagement delivery, ensuring all projects meet organizational standards for financial performance, scope management, and timely delivery.
Develop tools, templates, and methodologies tailored to internal initiatives & client-facing engagements, standardizing delivery practices to drive consistency and excellence.
Monitor project financial performance organizational wide, tracking budgets, profitability, and resource utilization to ensure project managers operate their projects on track and within scope.
Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables, assessing alignment with client expectations, contractual obligations, and internal benchmarks.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in engagement delivery, using client feedback and performance data to refine practices and enhance future project success.
Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify risks and issues, providing guidance and solutions to maintain project quality and mitigate client dissatisfaction.
Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to collectively monitor project performance, measure client success, regularly gathering feedback to ensure projects deliver measurable value and foster long-term relationships.
Coach project teams on best practices for scope management, communication, and client engagement to improve delivery outcomes and strengthen client trust.
Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and project teams by ensuring transparency in project goals, challenges, and progress.
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on streamlining engagement delivery and enhancing the client experience, ensuring seamless transitions for teams and stakeholders.

Required
Proficiency in project management software and methodology including an understanding of project management best practices (e.g., financial, scope, and timeline tracking), experience with implementing project management tool is a plus
Prior experience in an audit type function
Team player who is passionate to collaborate

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and drive process improvements
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field or applicable experience
Seven+ years of experience in project management, business process QA, or PMO roles
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred
Experience with cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services environment preferred
