Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for a high volume of sales roles, including business development representatives (BDRs), account executives (AEs), and sales leadership positions.
Resume Review & Screening: Evaluate resumes and credentials for alignment with sales expertise, quota achievements, and relevant industry experience.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive sales candidates.
Diversity & Inclusion: Implement sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and ensure inclusive representation in hiring efforts.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates’ fit for sales roles, and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed role insights, expectations, and company culture highlights.
Feedback Coordination: Gather and synthesize post-interview feedback from hiring managers and candidates to streamline decision-making.
Compensation Consulting: Advise hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and present offers to candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by fostering clear, timely communication and acting as a representative of Level Access’ culture and values.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards throughout the hiring process.
Talent Strategy: Partner with leadership to understand sales hiring needs, talent gaps, and workforce planning initiatives.

Required
Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to recruit for high-volume and specialized sales roles, managing competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism
Understanding of sales performance metrics, quotas, and commission structures to evaluate candidate suitability
Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform hiring strategies and achieve measurable outcomes
Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal business stakeholders
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms; experience with Greenhouse is a plus
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on providing quality customer service
Adept at managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Familiarity with current sales recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
