Responsibilities
Administer the compensation plan by completing salary surveys, evaluating job descriptions, and conducting audits for accuracy within the HRIS
Provide compensation education and communication to employees and managers, ensuring understanding of policies and performance strategies
Assist with administering provider compensation, including contract information and payroll adjustments
Collaborate with HR team members to generate total rewards statements and ad-hoc reports
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment while working in a busy environment

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, or human resources; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Three (3) years of human resources experience in a professional office environment
One (1) year of compensation analyst/administration experience
Three (3) years of Microsoft Office experience with advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Preferred
CCP Certification from World at Work
Three (3) years of compensation administration experience
