Responsibilities
Experience managing a very large portfolio of projects — around 100 active initiatives ranging from micro-projects to major programs
Projects include UI design, evergreen system maintenance, and server coordination and handling
Work typically centers on one of three critical areas: Live service management, Compliance and regulatory requirements, Backend stability and reliability
Extensive discussion around experience managing 24×7 live, regulated services
Work spans both software delivery and regulatory compliance aspects
Strong background in software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments
Not legally allowed to sell certain regulated products, but deeply engaged in service delivery
Emphasis on understanding trade-offs and prioritizing what is most important
Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments
Often required to wait for checklist approvals before moving forward
Capable of making decisions backed by data
Skilled at communicating clearly, including when to say no
Regularly prepares status reports and communicates project health (e.g., shifting from green to yellow) to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Adjusts resources and plans as needed to meet evolving priorities
