Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.
Design tailored solutions and configurations that address customer requirements using our product suite.
Identify gaps in the current product offering and suggest enhancements or adjustments to address client-specific needs.
Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with the product roadmap.
Communicate customer feedback and solution insights to influence future product enhancements.
Support the prioritization of new features or improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain technical collateral, including solution blueprints, case studies, and training materials.
Oversee the successful implementation of product solutions for new clients.
Work with customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.
Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns, providing insights to optimize and improve product engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor solutions.
Provide insights into market demand, identifying potential opportunities for new solutions.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and positioning.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years in a product management, product solutions, or technical account management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Experience in SalesForce, or equivalent.
Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex product architectures.
Reporting and Sequel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product solutions to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to assess and solve complex product-related issues, tailoring solutions based on client needs.
Demonstrates a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities.

Preferred

Project management experience is a plus.
