Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a B2B go-to-market strategy that is aligned with our core business objectives and targets ideal client profiles (ICP). Leverage insights, market research, and creativity to validate messaging, positioning to reach and convert our target audience.
Collaborate with consultants and clients to create case studies, client stories, social media posts, and other engaging content that showcases our engineering and design services. Be hands-on with content creation to develop thought leadership and compelling narratives for our audience.
Navigate and build our ecosystem of solution partners and alliances, identifying key players and leveraging relationships to support marketing initiatives. Actively work on expanding our footprint by exploring partnerships that align with our expertise and business growth.
Experiment and iterate to refine targeting, ICP development, and campaign effectiveness. Adopt a test-and-learn mindset, applying data to improve our approach and doubling down on successful initiatives.
Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure campaigns are synced with go-to-market efforts and that they provide value in the form of leads, collateral, and ongoing brand engagement. You'll also engage with offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and time zones. GTM is a team sport!
Drive participation in events, conferences, webinars, and other key opportunities for visibility. You will manage planning and execution, ensuring each event aligns with our broader marketing and business goals.
Bring a strong understanding of the latest marketing tools and AI technologies to drive efficiency and scale. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, ChatGPT, or other modern martech stacks is a big plus.

Required
Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing in professional services—ideally in design, engineering, and offshore IT services.
A background in global agencies or experience marketing on an international scale, especially collaborating with offshore teams.
Proven experience thriving in an ambiguous environment, being hands-on, and generating creative solutions for ICP targeting, campaign execution, and storytelling in traditional and digital channels.
Comfortable collaborating with consultants and clients to develop meaningful, targeted content—from social media posts to detailed case studies.
Demonstrated experience in building effective go-to-market campaigns and an understanding of how partnerships and ecosystems contribute to marketing success, especially in BFSI industry.
A mindset to experiment, analyze, and iterate until the most effective messaging is discovered.
Ability to work across functions—from sales to delivery to client success—to drive efficiencies and translate their on-the-ground insights to amplify the marketing impact on lead gen.
Data-driven and familiarity with martech/GTM solutions, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and experience with leveraging AI tools to improve marketing outcomes.
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, ChatGPT, or other modern martech stacks.
Experience in design, engineering, and offshore IT services.
