Responsibilities
Manage high volume, end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client group(s);
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs;
Source candidates and create pipelines using innovative and available resources;
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations;
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures;
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations;
Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes;
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills;
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Web-based recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals;
Consult with managers on all offers of employment;
Negotiate offers with candidates and prepares formal offer;
Collaborate with people experience team to schedule interviews and provide travel arrangements;
Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Three (3) years of full lifecycle recruiting
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Office 365; Web proficiency
Ability to clear required background check
Preferred
Experience in virtual education
Experience with Workday ATS Recruiting and experience using a CRM
