Responsibilities

A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, which could include experience in a field providing customer service, or assisting end-users with hardware and software-related problems.
Basic networking.
In place of a degree, a minimum of four years of related work experience, which could include experience in a field providing customer service and assisting end-users with hardware and software-related problems.
Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile helping customers.
Previous experience in Client Services, Customer Service, Help Desk or Technical Support role
A Ticketing system experience (must)
Windows support
Basic networking
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High degree of responsibility, commitment and dependability.
