Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and leads via phone, email, and online chat.
Qualify and assess customer needs to provide tailored product solutions and recommendations.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of World CopperSmith products.
Close sales and convert leads into orders while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets and conversion rates.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proactively follow up with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate in the development and execution of a sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve sales goals and targets.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and order information.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and challenges.
Stay up-to-date on World CopperSmith's product offerings, features, and benefits.
Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and competitors' products to maintain a competitive edge.

Required
Proven track record in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the home improvement or luxury product industry (e.g., e-commerce home goods, appliance sales, or construction sales).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
