Responsibilities

Take part in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering and design through coding, testing, and deployment.

Design and develop enhancements, reports, and custom solutions within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP.

Support business systems for all company locations.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, ensuring timely implementation of fixes and participation in system upgrades.

Analyze business requirements and provide proposed documented solutions and alternatives to meet business and user needs.

Contact internal and external business, software and technical resources for reporting and follow-up resolution of related issues and opportunities.

Coordinate and work closely with company Leadership and IT staff to further business objectives and resolve issues.

Assist with operations, maintenance and administration of the business systems, including backups, batch processing, end-of-month and end-of-year processing, data population and support for software implementation/setups.

Recommend, draft and maintain business system user procedures, system documentation and standard work instructions to address Information Systems department and user support.

Document, test and implement business system solutions, enhancements and modifications.

Responsible for adhering to and maintaining company procedure documentation on programs and operations to be fully SOX 404 compliant.

Potential travel (25% to domestic and international locations).
