Responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals

Mentor to associates on your team

Serve as an advisor and consultant to our client

Build and maintain strong relationships with our insurance carrier partners

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the insurance industry

P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently

Exceptional time management and organization skills

Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel

Exceptional Attention to Detail

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
