Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 10 that focuses on our most technical teams that interact with our customers. Mentor and develop team members through coaching and performance management.
Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development of team members, ensuring they align with individual strengths and career goals.
Develop and implement an end-to-end enablement strategy our technical teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Drive the development and maintenance of technical systems, testing labs, and sales demos to support the development of our technical employees.
Develop and execute strategic learning plans, aligning with Varonis’ business goals and sales objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Create and maintain a repository of enablement resources, including documentation, training materials, and best practices.
Facilitate live and virtual sessions and present complex ideas succinctly.
Work closely with senior leadership across sales, marketing, product management, and R&D to ensure cohesive strategy and execution of enablement initiatives.
Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to assess progress, address concerns, and encourage open communication within the team.

Required

Proven experience in leading and managing a technical support team, with a focus on enablement and talent development.
Strong knowledge in areas such as Cloud Security, DLP, SIEM, Security operations, data security, information security, data governance, and threat detection.
Extensive experience (6+ years) in sales engineering, technical enablement, or related roles within the cybersecurity industry.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
In-depth understanding of networking and security technologies.
Experience with scripting languages and technical tools relevant to cyber security.
