Responsibilities
Market expertise: market research and analysis to identify top companies and top talent
Outreach: build and deliver compelling pitch materials; understand and convey what makes a company and opportunity appealing to top executives
Access: relentless yet respectful persistence to get top talent on the phone
Perspective: have a point of view on candidates/search strategies and effectively communicate it to Partners and clients
Qualify: interview/qualify candidates when appropriate, and create compelling bios to share with clients
Present: present candidates to clients when appropriate; tell a compelling narrative on a candidate’s career journey that highlights the meaningful impact they’ve had on a business
Polish: confidently interface with clients and candidates
Organize: build and maintain client facing materials including search trackers, candidate bios, job descriptions, meeting agendas and follow ups
Be nimble and adapt to different Partners’ styles
Full lifecycle support role reporting to one or more partners
Summarize action items and deliverables for the client
Hit or exceed weekly and monthly KPI’s focused on top-tier candidate generation
