Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set and prioritize company-wide OKRs, goals, and strategic initiatives.
Develop processes to monitor progress against these goals, ensuring accountability at all levels.
Lead cross-functional project management, ensuring timely and effective execution of initiatives.
Build and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure we are constantly auditing our tools and systems within the company to ensure effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and tracking follow-ups.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, solutions, and recommendations on high-priority matters.
Assist department leaders in talent acquisition efforts, from candidate screening to onboarding.
Help develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Run all orientations for new hires.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, leadership, and teams to ensure clear and effective communication of priorities and initiatives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Take lead in helping organize and plan our in person summits.
Ensure we have a strong day of event execution plans.
You will directly manage the etSEO team, which is our proprietary software.
In addition to general project management, you may directly manage resources for any future special projects.

Required

3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or as a Chief of Staff in a high-growth environment.
Proven expertise in OKR planning and execution, with a track record of driving team accountability.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities; adept at crafting executive-level presentations and documentation.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot when needed.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
