Responsibilities
Investigate assumptions and explore new opportunities to challenge established programs, bring fresh ideas, and help the Marketing Lead keep programs effective and innovative.
Optimize marketing programs for revenue, engagement, and retention by using data and feedback to refine programs and collaborate with internal teams.
Present marketing programs to internal stakeholders, support go-to-market plans, and lead follow-up or postmortem analysis to improve future initiatives.
Own meeting scheduling, agendas, and potentially oversee some promotions to ensure timely and effective execution.

Required
Ability to create marketing strategies that enhance competitive advantage.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects, track assets, and ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams like Marcom, Store, 3rd Party Marketing, and Game Pass.
A high level of communication skills and ability to adapt to different knowledge levels across teams.
6-10 years of experience with consumer entertainment/games marketing, sales, retail.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in entertainment marketing.
Minimum 10 years of experience in negotiation/communication.
Minimum 10 years of experience in organization.
