Responsibilities
Design and develop AI agents using Agentforce and Data Cloud.
Customize and configure Agentforce service agents, custom agents to meet specific business requirements.
Integrate Data Cloud with Agentforce to leverage data for AI-driven decision-making powered by vector indexing with RAG.
Ensure the security and compliance of AI agents with Salesforce's security standards, access and risk controls.
Monitor and analyze the performance of AI agents, making necessary adjustments with prompt engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required
Salesforce certified AI Associate, Salesforce certified Platform Developer-1 (3+ years)
Hands on in APEX, LWC, Platform configuration, data modelling, Integrations, Einstein AI Prompts, Agentforce AI Actions, Types
AI and Machine Learning: Understanding of AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), and their application in conversational AI.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flows, Apex, Integrations, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with Agentforce, MIAW, experience cloud, einstein bots, RAG search retrievers, Prompt Builder
Knowledge of Data Cloud (Data models, search index - chunking, embeddings) and its integration with Salesforce
8+ years of experience in Salesforce echo system
Preferred
Salesforce Certified AI Specialist
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant - Nice to have
