Responsibilities

Own key reporting and analytics for executive reviews on product growth

Understand end-to-end business management including monthly billing processes and work collaboratively with fellow analysts

Work closely with Product Managers to gather requirements and manage/deliver a new billing platform to support a multimillion dollar business

Manage and maintain BI dashboards and associated quarterly reporting

Proactively identify opportunities and methods of automating key analyses

Develop new business-critical analyses to proactively grow the channel business (including churn and competitive insights)

Work cross-functionally with Finance, Channel, and Sales stakeholders

Required

Experience in a similar business analyst position that includes reporting, dashboard creation and management

Experience building & maintaining critical business dashboards (PowerBI, DAX, SQL)

Ability to model in Excel to answer high-level business questions

Sharp business acumen & critical-thinking mindset

Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred

Prefer experience with macros, Python
