Responsibilities

Direct, manage and lead project engineering design teams.

Collaborate with Project Manager and engineers, geologists, CAD/GIS specialists and other technical staff in the development of studies/strategies for remediation for contaminated media.

Develop engineering studies, plans, designs, and specifications for the remediation of contaminated media.

Develop costs estimates and construction workplans for remedial construction.

Supporting Civil and Environmental Design Projects.

Ensuring project objectives are met.

Project schedule development and review.

Quality Control.

Mentoring junior engineering staff.

Required

15 plus years of engineering experience on Environmental remediation projects for DoD and/or USEPA clients in lead role.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering and PE registration in one or more states.

The above-described experience on project involving soil, sediment or mine waste remediation, In-situ and ex-situ groundwater treatment and Landfill or thermal remediation.

Ability to direct/develop remedial design documents that are technically sound and accurately reflect the project approach and requirements.

Direct relevant experience that demonstrates a history of responsibility, initiative, motivation, and creative problem solving.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
