Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Azure Data Factory to meet business requirements.
Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity.
Provide technical expertise in data integration transformation and orchestration using Azure Data Factory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of data solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members to ensure best practices are followed.
Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information.
Optimize data solutions for cost-efficiency and performance.
Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance data processing capabilities.

Required
10 to 14 years of experience in a relevant field
Extensive experience in Azure Data Factory
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management particularly in the Consumer Goods sector
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in data integration transformation and orchestration techniques
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies
Experience in implementing data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information
Ability to optimize data solutions for cost-efficiency and performance
Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members
Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in data pipelines
Track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget
Passion for driving innovation and exploring new tools and technologies
