Responsibilities
A storyteller who leads cross-channel strategies and recommendations for media campaigns
Lead strategic planning initiatives including deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development
Act as a client relationship manager, building trust and positive rapport with client, and understanding client’s marketing objectives and goals
Own internal communication, vendor relationships, and the overall media execution process
With support of executive leadership, lead the development of key client deliverables, inclusive of QBRs, marketplace white papers, and bi-annual presentations to clients
Proactive and responsive client communications
Directly manage, mentor and direct the Media Supervisor, Media Planner, and Associate Media Planner roles
Manage an interdisciplinary team by client/project that ladders back to the Strategy and Planning goals
Work with Activation, Analytics, and Ad Ops teams to ensure highest quality thinking, measurement and reporting is executed against campaign KPIs
Support finance in prompt and accurate execution of distributing client invoices, reconciliation of client budgets, invoices
Participate in Professional Growth Development Initiatives (POV, white papers, committees, etc.) and sharing out expertise and knowledge to the agency
Contribute to the Professional Growth Development of your team members
Initiate and review reports, trends, and results, interpreting data to make proactive strategic recommendations that advance business initiatives
Serve as a role model with a positive attitude and facilitate a healthy team environment

Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of media agency experience with client service, media planning, buying and reporting roles
Strong background in digital and traditional media
Understanding of digital ad trafficking processes and platforms (DV360, Innovid, etc.)
Analytical ability to distill data into actionable insights
Ability to collaborate and communicate with clients to strengthen relationships
Proven ability of accountability in managing multiple team members
Must be capable of creating solutions and proactively resolving issues
Ability to deliver on deadlines and prioritize tasks in order of importance
Polished presentation skills, as well as excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex strategies concisely
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team with a positive attitude and being a team player
Adaptable to working with different workstyles and contributing to the core values and culture Quigley-Simpson upholds
Preferred
Prior exposure to the media planning process or media resources (such as DCM, Innovid, comScore, Prisma/Media Ocean, eTelmar (MRI), Media Tools, MediaOcean OX Commspoint, MOAT, IAS) a plus
Curiosity/Desire to Learn – the digital media landscape is constantly changing, challenging yourself to continue to be knowledgeable in the space (Programmatic, Augmented Reality, etc.)
