Responsibilities

Develop Corporate Real Estate/Global Integrated Services Strategy and realizable portfolio plans that optimize real estate for current and future business demands.

Lead customer relationship management globally with stakeholders including senior executives and business strategists.

Partner with global Business Unit leaders to understand business and talent strategies and translate them into functional strategies and real estate solutions that meet business needs.

Provide guidance and direction on business requirements to the Corporate Real Estate organization.

Lead M&A for Global Integrated Services to include partnering with Corporate Strategy and other internal functions and external partners on M&A activity and providing guidance and direction for the GIS / Facilities swim Lane.

Build a global team of strategists and portfolio planners who use data-driven insights, including space planning data, to align portfolio and location strategy with Business Unit leadership to deliver better business outcomes.

Provide recommendations to the business upon completing scenario planning with financial analysis of options.

Chief of Staff to Executive Director, Head of Global Integrated Services.

Develops, leads, and motivates the team; sets goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.

Delivers improvements that are measurable and significant.

Coaches and develops direct reports and peers to develop enterprise subject-matter expertise in one or more functions.
