Responsibilities

Oversee and align the end-to-end revenue operations lifecycle, from lead generation through customer retention, for our consultancy and clients.
Establish and implement scalable frameworks for sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
Act as the subject matter expert on HubSpot, leading CRM optimization, data analysis, and integration strategies.
Train and mentor internal teams and clients to maximize the ROI from HubSpot’s capabilities.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align revenue goals with GTM strategies.
Drive alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies.
Develop analytics and reporting frameworks to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue funnel.
Provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability for clients.
Collaborate with clients to diagnose operational bottlenecks and recommend tailored solutions.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and engagements to enhance client success.
Build and manage a high-performing RevOps team within the consultancy.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Revenue OperationsGTM StrategyHubSpotData AnalysisClient EngagementCRM PlatformsSupply Chain Experience

Required

6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, or related fields; consultancy experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Expert knowledge of HubSpot (certifications preferred); familiarity with other CRM platforms is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing revenue strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

Consultancy experience is highly preferred.
MBA preferred.
Certifications in HubSpot preferred.
Familiarity with supply chain operations or experience working in related industries is a plus but not required.
