Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be answering questions and fulfilling illustration requests that are received via phone and email.

Examples include but are not limited to:

Use our proprietary illustration system to craft tailored case designs

Leverage you communication skills to identify and address clients’ specific needs when creating life insurance illustrations

Handle illustration requests efficiently, collaborating with both internal and external partners

Support financial providers by providing education and support

Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and processes
