Responsibilities

Proactively contact prospective homeowners via phone, email, and other communication channels to present our vacation rental program.
Qualify inbound leads and identify opportunities for partnership.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of partnering with our vacation rental program.
Provide tailored solutions based on the homeowner’s needs and property characteristics.
Address questions and overcome objections to close deals effectively.
Build strong rapport with prospective homeowners through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Act as a trusted advisor, highlighting the value of our services in managing and maximizing rental income.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Track and report sales metrics, progress, and key insights to the management team.
Stay informed about industry trends, vacation rental market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
Use this knowledge to position our program as the best choice for homeowners.

Required

Proven experience in inside sales, customer acquisition, or a similar role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
Understanding of the vacation rental or property management industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred

Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
Familiarity with vacation rental platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
