Responsibilities
The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist performs radiological procedures under the direction of a Radiologist and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the ARRT
Technologist may be asked to work a shift not normally worked to cover the needs of the Radiology Department
Follows Service Behaviors when interacting with patients & patient’s families, physicians and other hospital employees
Other duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the Imaging Services Department
Qualification
Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
State License Radiological Practical Technician
Vocational School Graduate
